“We had Cataraqui Masonry do some mortar joint repointing to repair a repointing job that was previously poorly done. Cataraqui Masonry cleaned out the poorly repaired joints along with some other deteriorating joints on the side of our garage. They did a wonderful job removing the old, cracked mortar that was also never properly colour matched and they fully, diligently replaced all along with pusing a mortar mix very close to what we had when we first built the house.
We were so pleased with their work that we had them back to repair and refinish cracks on the garage blocks which they did very well again with diligence and precision, finishing with a wonderful parging job.
Cataraqui Masonry workers were professional, respectful of our property and definitely confidant in what they were doing. Ben (the owner) who is an experienced mason himself and who provided initial contact and assessment for both jobs also was present as the work was being done and once finished did a thorough review. He was simply lovely to deal with, honest, knowledgeable and very responsive. Easy to give this man and his company 5 Stars!”
